形态描述：植物体密集丛生，黄绿色，基部密背黄褐色假根。茎高2~5 cm, 横切面呈三角形。叶密生，倾立微背仰，阔或狭披针形，渐尖，下端内卷，叶边为单列齿，中肋细长，不粗壮，平滑，仅基部呈黄褐色，色较深。叶细胞长方形或多角形，上部细胞较短，叶基部细胞较长，大。孢蒴球形，有纵条纹，蒴齿2 层。橙红色。
